This is because the flightgear and flightgear-data versions need to 
match, which they currently don't in sid.

The new version of flightgear is available in experimental, but is 
uninstallable as it depends on the not-yet-available flightgear-phi. 
(Could this be reduced to a Recommends?)

If you want to install it now, flightgear-data from testing should work.
