Package: python3-pyroute2 Version: 0.3.16-1 Severity: normal Tags: upstream
Dear Maintainer, When using pyroute2 i observed that wait_ip is broken for IPv6. pyroute2.IPDB().interfaces.eth0.wait_ip('2001:db8::', mask=64, timeout=3) # returns True and did not wait # but there is no ip in this subnet configured) I went upstream and the author Peter Saveliev fixed it in his master and 0.3.x branch. So please update at least to HEAD of branch 0.3.x -- System Information: Debian Release: stretch/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable'), (500, 'oldstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.6.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/24 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages python3-pyroute2 depends on: pn python3:any <none> python3-pyroute2 recommends no packages. python3-pyroute2 suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
