I had a look at the issue, and plinth calls xmlto which in turn call dblatex to generate the PDF from the Docbook XML version. The effect is that the possible workarounds listed in <URL: https://wiki.debian.org/ReproducibleBuilds/TimestampsInPDFGeneratedByLaTeX > can not be implemented in plinth, but would have to be implemented in dblatex. I've filed <URL: https://bugs.debian.org/828220 > asking for dblatex to be able to produce reproducable PDFs. -- Happy hacking Petter Reinholdtsen
