We have changed the location of the release tarballs. The old VMs are about to shutdown and will no longer be available shortly, and instead we are using Github and Travis to upload make-dist tarballs to Github: https://github.com/zeromq/zeromq4-1/releases A new release, 4.1.5, was just uploaded. I am attaching a patch for the watch file, I've verified that it works. Thanks!
