I did mention that, although I know the bug report was too long.

GB-BXi3-4010) with debian testing (amd64) and xfce4 4.12"
I just upgraded to kernel 4.6.0-1-amd64, but the behavior persists,
although with my old 4.3.0-1 kernel both screens wake up like they are
supposed to.
