Package: nautilus Version: 3.20.1-3 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate *** * What led up to the situation? * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? * What was the outcome of this action? * What outcome did you expect instead? *** End of the template - remove these template lines *** Normally when you're dragging a file and hover over a folder in nautilus, it opens that folder. This allows you to drag a file through multiple levels of folders in one drag, without having to release and click every time. However, when I drag files into any of the sidebar entries (Documents, Downloads, etc) the entry doesn't open. So I have to drag and release into the sidebar, then click on the sidebar entry to open it, and then click on the files and drag again. I think I remember being able to do this in older versions of nautilus. At the very least, I would like there to be an option in the preferences to allow reenable this functionality.
