Hi,

looks like php7.0 (not sure which package) needs to add a Breaks against
jessie's gforge-common (so probably (<< 6) )

I just noticed in a piuparts jessie->stretch upgrade test that
gforge-db-postgresql could not removed any more after the upgrade.
There is currently no fusionforge in stretch, so the jessie version
stayed installed.
