As discussed elsewhere, an autopkgtest can be as simple as a smoke
test to assert the distribution is correctly installed.

This is orthogonal to whether upstream's test suite runs; an
‘autopkgtest’ suite is testing the package is installed correctly.
Consequently, I am removing the block on this bug report.

I will add a simple smoke test to resolve this bug report.
