When I am on a web page, and I scroll (with trackpad) down on the page .. Its okay, but when I click somewhere on the page (even in something that does not cause any action, like clicking on "empty" space on a webpage, after that, if I scroll down, it does instead scroll up alot before letting me scroll down. This weird scrolling up happens too when I am switching from mouse scroll to trackpad scroll (but not at the other way) It is supposed to not scroll up alot when I scroll down before actually scrolled down. It didn't happen in past chromium versions.
