bubblewrap was initially uploaded with Priority: extra and Section: web.
However, it isn't really web-related, and is likely to become an
indirect dependency (or at least an indirect Recommends) for task-gnome
in future, via this dependency chain:
gnome-software -> flatpak -> bubblewrap
when Flatpak stops shipping a private copy of bubblewrap (#824647),
and gnome-software switches from xdg-app to flatpak and adds the appropriate
build-dependency.
In the recent 0.1.0 upload we changed Flatpak from web/extra to
admin/optional, which puts it in the same category as (for example) sudo
and policykit-1. This seems more appropriate. Please apply the same change
in the overrides file.
