Do you have more information for us to provide to upstream? Of course we can disable this in the Debian package (fellow maintainers, how ? :-))) but I'd better see us report to upstream with as many information as possible. Of course, if this is an already known bug for upstream, feel free to point us to the relevant bugzilla bug number in samba's BTS.
