I was trying to use apt-src to build kmail. apt-src's man page says that the
"build" command will download the source if it doesn't already exist. But
running "apt-src
build kmail" said "E: Not installed", while running "apt-src install kmail"
correctly downloaded the source. I tried another package, and the same thing
happened.
