I'm happy to backport 0.7.5-2 or later into jessie-backports once it
reaches testing. please feel free to ping me (and/or this bug report)
when that happens.
It will not be in jessie itself, because that's not how debian stable
works, but we should be able to maintain it in jessie-backports.
