Control: retitle -1 cinnamon: language can only be selected from login screen

Cinnamon is fully localized, but currently the only way to change the language is to select the language you want at the login screen (in lightdm or gdm) This started happening with cinnamon 2.2 where the language selector was dropped, replaced with the mintlocale package, that we don't currently ship in Debian. I'll have a look at this package to see if it makes sense to include it in Debian or not. Thanks for the report! Marga
