* What led up to the situation?
I upgraded from 0.22.0-4 to 0.22.1-1
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
I tried to tag a photo by dragging it over a tag
* What was the outcome of this action?
Nothing. Normally, as soon as I start dragging something, the icon changes
accordingly. Here, the icon stayed the same, and would not be dragged. I can
select and multi-select with control and shift, but not drag.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
I expected the photo to be tagged appropriately
