Package: libnice10
Version: 0.1.13-2
Current Debian package has a TCP Passive socket fd leak while closing down
the connection.
This is fixed in the following libnice revision
I verified it with source compiled versions of libnice and it is working
after this fix.

Otherwise the base socket will leak. Spotted by Vadim Genkin.
