   * What led up to the situation?
        Backup big file over 7Gb

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
        I start a backup with duplicity command and after time he stop
        when he meets a more than 7Gb files

   * What was the outcome of this action?
        Duplicity stop the backup or restore

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
        Duplicity copy this file and all files
