Dear Maintainer,

When I invoke command-t in vim I get the following error:

        command-t.vim could not load the C extension             
        Please see INSTALLATION and TROUBLE-SHOOTING in the help
        Vim Ruby version: 2.3.1-p112
        Expected version: 2.3.0-p0

The ruby libs that vim is compiled with is different from that of
command-t.
