Hello,

I implemented key agreements, and auto-verification of them if the
signed text matches the standard template that is given in the page.

It could be that someone signs a different text that is still a valid
agreement, and that needs manual verification by Front Desk.

There should be a page that lists all backend.model.Fingerprint
instances that have a non-empty agreement (it's currently the
"endorsement" field, but I want to soon rename to "agreement") and the
corresponding _valid field set to false.

A FD member can go through the page, and accept/refuse the agreements.
An accepted agreement gets (endorsement|agreement)_valid set to True,
and a refused agreement gets (endorsement|agreement) set to "".
