Package: src:charls CharLS 1.1.0 is out. It does include the recent fix done in Debian on 1.0.0:

This issue was caused by a defect in the charls test applications that creates the .pnm file. With the repaired test application the imaged can be encoded and decoded identical to the original input file. The charls library itself was ok after the initial fix. I have tagged the branches as 1.1.0 and 2.0.0. Victor
