please stop using "Version: stretch", that is not a proper version.

This needs to be fixed for jessie->stretch upgrades, but as I said
before, installing just the strecth redmine package in jessie is _not
supported_. You either use the stretch package on stretch, or otherwise
you need to know what you are doing.
