sev:important as this breaks the upgrade from Jessie to Stretch. icinga2-common (2.1.1-1) in Jessie ships the following files: /etc/icinga2/conf.d/hosts/localhost.conf /etc/icinga2/conf.d/hosts/localhost/apt.conf /etc/icinga2/conf.d/hosts/localhost/disk.conf /etc/icinga2/conf.d/hosts/localhost/http.conf /etc/icinga2/conf.d/hosts/localhost/icinga.conf /etc/icinga2/conf.d/hosts/localhost/load.conf /etc/icinga2/conf.d/hosts/localhost/procs.conf /etc/icinga2/conf.d/hosts/localhost/ssh.conf /etc/icinga2/conf.d/hosts/localhost/swap.conf /etc/icinga2/conf.d/hosts/localhost/users.conf These are not present in in the Stretch version (2.4.7-1) anymore. But the Stretch version ships a /etc/icinga2/conf.d/services.conf which will apply e.g. ssh to all Linux machines, and that clashes with /etc/icinga2/conf.d/hosts/localhost/ssh.conf and leads to a failed icinga2 service restart. Please remove those files on upgrade if they were not modified.
