The URLs in debian/* of the nacl package are now out of date: cace-project.eu appears to have expired and is now parked. I have attached a patch to change http://nacl.cace-project.eu/ to https://nacl.cr.yp.to/. I have changed http://curvecp.org/ to https://curvecp.org/ as well in order to maintain consistency.
