The new libical 2.0.0-0.4 was just uploaded to unstable since we got the green light on starting the transition (see Bug#797074). This means your package will now FTBFS in sid and you should upload a new version incorporating the previously supplied patch (or fix the issue by other means) as soon as possible. The release teams handling of transitions is a very scarce resource so to avoid blocking things longer then necessary I'll go ahead and NMU your package if I don't hear anything back very soon.
