It would be better if you do a diff between directories and components that you plan to include and same items from the original sources, to identify the missing files. Is there a reference (e.g. discussion on a mailing list, etc) which identifies the quality requirements that Lazarus source files don't meet? There is a chance that they could get addressed upstream.
