Installation of libpam-cgfs from backports prevents full login. After login, the debian banier appears an the tty is either (1) removed with message "systemd-logind removed session..." (2) killed before shell launch Login is possible through recovery mode, removing the package solves the problem, re-installing it (and reboot) lets the problem reapper. Repeatable by installing / desintalling package.
