As per the email conversation you and I had in February of 2016, I am in agreement with the hexchat-otr upstream developer that hexchat-otr is probably not ready for general use.[1] Thus, I declined to upload it to Debian. So I am confused as to why you included my name in the Uploaders field.[2] Please remove it.
