yeah, somewhat... I have been "screamed at" already though for
"unnecessarily" limiting list of supported architectures.  Especially
here it is just a matter of fixing few bugs, not really absent ability
to be ported so inline with yours comments below ;)  so I would prefer
not to go that route here
