SID Asterisk is not compiled with bristuff included. So there are no bristuff signalling tags in chan_zap.so (which is in asterisk!). Please follow bugs in asterisk for further information.
Tzafrir Cohen mentions: Kilian Kraus is now working on a bold attempt to build both bristuffed an both bristuffed Asterisk in the same build. Hopefully this will actually work.
