Do you have the php4-mysql package installed?

Previous versions of caudium-php4 had the mysql module built in. The
current revision uses the same module ABI as the other PHP SAPIs, so
caudium-php4 now requires the php4-mysql package to be installed for mysql
support.

The caudium-php4 package should probably depend on php4-mysql for
transitioning purposes in sarge.
