Simple with Tag +=uaccess audio applications ignore users from audio
group file is 70-uaccess.rules was modified to honore users from audio
group (old style) is on atachment
It's still unclear what you want us to do exactly and most importantly, why.
More convenient is to put file 70-uaccess.rules on sepatare package
derived from systemd but not installed by default.
Why-because exists users on audio group, eg on asterisk not want to
permit access on audio device.
