python-mpi4py has Depends on mpi-default-bin, whilst python3-mpi4py only has Recommends. This inconsistency can affect packages relying on mpi4py, such as pyfr which I personally maintain. Please fix the inconsistency by choosing a common package relationship for mpi-default-bin. It would make sense to have python3-mpi4py Depends rather since I don't think mpi4py is any useful without an mpi runner.
