Hi, I've removed 'lxcfs' and 'libpam-cgfs', rebooted, and it fixed it
(I've got systemd running on the Debian 8 containers, and they can get ip).

Yeah, that's systemd not able to start. And that's also the reason why your
network is not running: it was never started.
Can you please try to remove "lxcfs" and "libpam-cgfs", relogin to your machine
(or even reboot) and start the container?
