Well, to me this is more than just a minor issue and can be fixed quite easily.
Man pages are the foundation of CLI tools. Not documenting crucial options like "--reconfigure" or "--restart" (yeah, about 3 options are missing, check "--help" to get the full list) is a bit PITA. Could you do something about it, pretty please :D ? Oh, and thanks for maintaining such an *awesome* (pun intended) thing as Openbox.
