Hi Raphael, DSA, Cloud people and everybody, It would be great if httpredir.debian.org could redirect to http://cloudfront.debian.org when the machine is within the Amazon cloud. This has been discussed in the past (https://lists.debian.org/debian-cloud/2013/05/msg00066.html), but currently it does not work (https://lists.debian.org/debian-project/2016/04/msg00034.html). However, Debian's AWS images are currently using httpredir.debian.org (except for the jessie-backports repository, which goes directly to cloudfront.debian.org).
