I have no objection to making things from the same source package upgrade
in lockstep. Non-lockstep upgrades within a source package are not
really something we can ever expect to be tested.
I could also add a Breaks in dbus-user-session for the older
libpolkit-backend-1-0, now that we know that's the part that doesn't
work properly with user-sessions.
