I just updated OTRS. The editor now doesn't work because OTRS expects
the bootstrapck skin by default, yet it is not included in the Debian
ckeditor package or the Debian otrs2 package.

Since I could not test the entire function at the moment (workstation
crashed, new hardware which does not work as excepted and so on..) I
would welcome a new bug report about the affected version and which
function(s) are not working.
My first thought is, that it may not be fixable in Debian in short for a
longer time and I had to ship again a "bad" version of otrs (see
#814589) which will result in a reopened bug and a working otrs2 package
which could not be shipped, because the libjs* foo is not working..
