Package: libpng12-dev
Version: 1.2.54-4
Severity: serious

Hi,

Shouldn't libpng12-dev package stop providing libpng-dev now that this
is a real package?

On my machine, I've been in a situation where libgdk-pixbuf2.0-dev
(which has a dependency against libpng-dev) was installed but not
the real libpng-dev package, only the libpng12-dev one.

This was making "pkg-config --libs gdk-pixbuf-2.0" fail and breaking
local builds.

Cheers,

Laurent Bigonville
