currently, texlive-base ships a menu file with a "TeXconfig" entry for /usr/bin/texconfig, which does not exist anymore it seems. Hence it is be possible to remove this stale entry -- patch attached for it. (PS: what about provide .desktop entries for the other two entries in the menu file, so they show up in XDG menus?
