Bug#819810: ntfs-3g, base & advanced release

I think there is a misunderstanding here. Debian does not follow the 
base ntfs-3g release. Debian follows the advanced release (which has AR 
in its version numbering). So the latest AR release is 2015.3.14AR.3, 
not 2016.2.22, which is a base release.
