mm, #773529 doesn't look like it's going anywhere without somebody intervening. When I tried to contact the authors (+1yr ago) to report this bug I received no answer. I am now contacting them again on that sketchy Facebook page to ask for a zip/tar of the faq. If we receive no reply in, say, the next two weeks, you think it would make sense to proceed using an automated script that generates the source for us? -- µ.
