Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?

I'm trying to certificate documents for public market.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

1. On Firefox, go to
https://www.marches-publics.gouv.fr/?page=commun.SignDocument&callFrom=entreprise

2. Authorize the page, then I enable the plugin.
3. The applet loads. But nothing more happens. Parcourir (Browse) is disabled.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

Should enable me to load the file so that I certificate it.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
