Hi Ben and Dave,

It's now almost two years since Inform 6.33 was released. How would you
guys feel about splitting the Debian package into two packages for the
compiler and the library? They have two separate development/maintenance
teams, two separate release processes, and version numbers which are no
longer correlated. The Inform compiler is useful without the library (such
as with alternative libraries, with Inform 7, or for library-less unit
tests), and having separate releases would also assist the future
possibility of setting up continuous testing on Travis for the library.

I'd be happy to assist as much as I can with this (though admitted that
probably isn't very much.)

Thanks,
-Dannii
