Just uploaded NMU 0.10.9-0.1 might fix this bug but I did not have a chance to test it yet. I'm temporary lowering severity of this bug to "important" in order to permit "cachefilesd" migration to "testing".
Please check if this problem is fixed in 0.10.9-0.1.
