Package: libc6-dev

Compilation with binutils 2.25 fails with an error like this:
/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/4.9/../../../x86_64-linux-gnu/crti.o:
unrecognized relocation (0x2a) in section `.init'"

I'm sending a patch to bump the Breaks: binutils version.

Cheers, Daniel
