Hi, so far I was able to reproduce and confirm everything you wrote.
However, I believe you missed a more important line in your logs.
With the patch you mentioned the error message you mentioned indeed goes
away, but I still have this line:

As for you, copying mod_shared_roster_ldap.beam from 16.01 fixed it.
