POLICY is explicit just below table:
  There are many versions of the MIT license. Please use Expat instead,
  when it matches.

My excuse is, when I wrote this script, I looked at SPDX too much
without carefully reading Debian policy.  SPDX MIT license example:
http://spdx.org/licenses/MIT.html

Yes TRUE.  THis needs fix.
