Control: retitle -1 kvmtool: needs an appropriate initrd and/or a new flavour
of Linux kernel image

I see. With the initrd for my LUKS+LVM system, it just hangs at the
stage where it is looking for a rootfs. So for user-friendlyness it
probably needs dracut and initramfs-tools hooks to generate a new
initramfs (stored outside /boot since that may be unencrypted) that is
used with the default Debian Linux kernel images.

The speed and attack surface issues still apply so I still think the
new Linux kernel image flavour is needed.
