Package: python3.5-minimal
Version: 3.5.1-7
Severity: normal

When updating a long-due Sid system, dpkg processes away until it gets
stuck at this package:

    (...)
    Setting up libllvm3.7:amd64 (1:3.7.1-2) ...
    Setting up libcupsppdc1:amd64 (2.1.3-3) ...
    Setting up python3.5-minimal (3.5.1-7) ...

I interrupted apt-get and launched it again, and got to the same
point; I have let this sit for about half an hour. The process tree
gives me:

    29022 pts/22 S 0:00 \_ bash
    23581 pts/22 S+ 0:00 \_ dpkg --configure -a
    23821 pts/22 S+ 0:00 \_ /bin/sh
/var/lib/dpkg/info/python3.5-minimal.postinst configure 3.5.1-5
    23823 pts/22 S+ 0:00 \_ update-binfmts
--import python3.5

I was able to get the system to continue installation only by killing
(-9) update-binfmts, although of course all Python-depending packages
complain on python3.5-minimal being unconfigured.

Launching again, with just a small amount of pending packages, yields
the same result:

    # dpkg --configure -a
