* <explain ...>   Hahahah. I completely glossed over the template text. I
assumed the tool brought in just the bug titles. I have now changed
debian/changelog to describe what was changed.

* I changed debian/changelog to remove the duplicate issue.

* I did not add dh-autoreconf because as you say, the root problem is a
config.{sub,guess} was stale. Unfortunately, there is code in autoconf.h.in
from a previous autoconf.h file which running autoreconf would step on.

* Added 'New upstream release' in debian/changelog

* Yeah, 2.10 is out there and it works well. The problems like autoconf.h.in
describe above have been worked out. I'll be targeting that version next.
Two main reasons for not targeting it now: 1) I'm doing a NMU, I'm
learning, refreshing my memory, and I didn't want a large change, and 2)
TinyMUX 2.6 is the last version to be ASCII-only. Starting with TinyMUX
2.7, Unicode, modules, and SQL support appear. Before I was willing to
release that on Debian, I wanted either code mileage or the ability to
affect changes to the package quickly.

* You didn't ask, but the static PCRE3 has also been updated in later
versions. It's just too much change to take in 2.6, and there are these
other more pressing problems.
